i would rate it as 8/10...12 points....can accomodate my big cars i suppossed?n plenty of space for me n ma gunpla~hmm...5 rooms...seperated dry-wet kitchen....tall ceiling...3-phase power ready..6 aircons..1 solar powered water heater....+ a bit of a nice tweak will be edge to perfection hehe.....scored best when value from its strategic location hehe....but price a bit ehem la.... 600tonne bomb after nego!!......it's not shytty place like sg. maong, stapok, matang, batu kawa etc hahaha......it's in da centre again like the old 1 haha....oh yea....i mind this issue most hehe......coz coz......can get free fetches n rides from frens ma xD....
