What multiplayer games meant to me

My first experience to lay a hand on FPS and multiplayer LAN game was on CounterStrike...back then i was in form 1...i do recall the sweet memories playing this game with my pals like lucas, shuan ung, sheng loong etc...we used to come to sch as early as 12pm....rush to the cyber cafe at kenyanlang n play a 15-20mins of thsi game and rush back to sch again before 12.40pm =_="...we are charged rm4 per hour which means we usually payed rm1.5 for that short silly game juz to compete our kills and brag about it haha later then....this culture of ours tend fade gradually as we move on to form2 then form 3...cant imagine how much money has been wasted due to it..god damnit

until form 4...i began to lose my interest in CS ever since i picked up on9 games when i get my streamyx connection haha...my first online game was Command and conquer Generals...and also that was the 1st original game i ever bought...not mistaken it costed me rm189...jeez...but its worth it since the pirated edision cant support on9 gameplay....

for thsoe who ever played this game...u should knwo roughly what i explained haha...if not jusge by common sense so......I learn a lot from this game. what i can say is this game helped me to develope self-confidence and eliminate the "kiasurism"...in this game nothing is unbeatble...it all depends on how u deal with ur opponent( but of coz he/she must be pro lar) . what i can conclude in this straetegic game is...the more u lose the more u learnt.....n u learn nth if u win coz ur juz repeating ur steps haha...i said so because those who could beat u means that they have found ur weakness or could have used a strategy u have never come to see b4...this 2 key elements will be the experience that will season ur skill...watch the replay..try to immitate or find another way to counter thier strategy....well of coz u might not fight the same ppl once again since there r so many ppl out there all aroudn the world.....y not apply strategy used against u early against other new opponents hahaha.....those who i consider pro are those "who did the unexpected, distractions and backstabs....."...n hell yeah i like these sort of opponents..

since i;m so obsessed with this game back then...i was nicknamed General by Jacky...damn it zz =_=" ...and also because of him...i get to know a fren from another sch which is also a hardcore player of this game and his name is Ting jiun. That guy is so eager to try my skill lvl ever since jacky told him about me...so he decided to meet me up and play a duel against him...we played our game at the tabuan CC...i won the 1st round...i have to admit that he's a tough opponent...especially hsi scouting skills which intercepted a lot of my dirty plans of sabotaging...back then...i can sense a bit bout his emotion taht he's quite unhappy wif the outcome...so he asked for a rematch the other day.

Not till like this hardcore and obsessed ok?

so, the next day we meet at the same CC again...n now he starts to set a rule in whcih we will play 2 more games taht each of us is eligible to choose teh map we desired for each game. so the game begin with him choosing a rather large map...the 1st round ended with my defeat...it was not easy for him to defeat me thou after going thru my resistance...well now i know what kinda player he is...a late game straetegist with mass formation of army.In short his tank controls and orientation is edge to perfection...juz like my Johor teammate in on9 gameplay...his play style does resembles him a lot...we proceed to the 2nd round where i choose a rather small map...very small indeed hehe...well well as expected...he never played this game on9 this means that he's very vulnerable to rushes...well a rush is what we called "investing all ur resource for the useful units gd enuff to down ur opponent in a short time"also known as "blitzkrieg" in german terminology..rather the same i think....most of my on9 winnings are based on rushes since it dont waste my time...<10>

ever since we get to know each other untill now..., that fella dun liek to tag with me in games...even we move on to playing DOTA..he will always view me as a straetegist rival which is competent for him...which means he dun liek to be in the same team as me...for example...playign dota among our frens in CC in shuffle player mode...if he were to be same team as me...he will call for a rematch to reshuffle again...as long we're both r in opposing side respectively...haha funny guy...however we do tag when there's match against the public. when we're on the same team, i felt safe n less pressured even facing pro opponents...i wonder if he felt the same too haha

early i mentioned about a johor guy being my most faithful on9 teammate rite?his name is leon.. well actually...its a suprised that he's a 36 year old man back then( tat time i was 16 lol)...with a family blessed with 2 daughters...no wonder he's a smart player la...edy so old..sure got rasional judgement and strategy la...zzz...we both make a perfect tag, but the only weakness of him is that he is weak in 1 v 1 solo games...what makes us the perfect team? well becoz being a rusher..i'm the short sighted player by most which makes me the deadliest frontline conquerer in our games whereby i secure resource for him to develop his plans......combined to Leon's late game planning..we're th perfect match against any player in 2 v 2 ladder...with a victory rate greater than 70% i presummed. thsi man spent most of his weekends with me pwning ass haha..i wonder his wife is unhappy o not becoz of this haha....oh yeah...i knew it...this year i baru realised that they have divorced leaving his 2 daughters with him...he claimed that his wife is the ultimate nagger which leads to this end...yet he still stands his ground of doign what he likes most...play C&C...he told me tat ever since the C&C series were release back in the years when he was 20+...he nvr missed playign a single 1...=_="
